1. What is a COB LED strip? How is it different from regular LED strips?
A COB strip is a new type of LED strip where the LED chips are packed directly onto the circuit board. The LEDs are very close together, so the light looks smooth and even, without the dotty look of traditional SMD strips.

2. Is a COB LED strip bright?
Yes. We offer both 24V high-brightness and 12V low-brightness options.

3. Can COB LED strips be dimmed?
Yes. You can adjust the brightness using a dimmer switch or dimmable power supply for 12V or 24V systems.

4. Are both 12V and 24V options available?
Yes. 12V is good for short runs. For longer runs, we recommend 24V to reduce voltage drop.

5. Do you have waterproof COB LED strips?
Yes. We offer IP65-rated waterproof versions, great for damp places like kitchens or bathrooms.

6. Can COB LED strips be cut and extended?
Yes. There are cut marks along the strip. You can cut where needed and reconnect with connectors or by soldering. Just make sure you match the voltage and wire the positive and negative correctly.

7. Do I have to use aluminum channels to install COB strips?
Not required, but highly recommended. Aluminum channels help with heat dissipation, protect the strip from dust and scratches, and give it a cleaner, more finished look.
