RETURN POLICY

We are confident in our products and services, so we offer 30-day money back guarantee to ensure you have a happy shopping experience with us. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns for refund, credit, or exchange according to the following return policy.

1. We accept return within 30 days of purchase.

2. Returned products are to be in original packaging and new condition. New condition means resellable, or not changed in any way. For more detailed information, please read below section ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN so that we mutually understand our obligations.

3. No restocking fee for products returned in original packaging, otherwise subject to 15% restocking fee.

4. Loss or damage during return shipping is the responsibility of customer.

5. Upon receiving returned products, we will do our inspection. Returned products that comply to RMA and pass the inspection will be issued store credit or refund to original payment methods, less shipping and handling fees incurred previously. Returned products that fail the inspection or don't comply to RMA will be returned to customer with customer being responsible for the shipping fee. Unattended returned products that fail inspection will be discarded after 30 calendar days Best LED receiving the returned items.

For return, please call us or email to support@bestledstrip.com to get an RMA first. Ship the returned products and the RMA within 10 days of RMA issuance.

RESOLUTIONS

Refunds or exchanges for returned products are typically processed and resolved within 5 business days of receipt and inspection.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

1. Custom manufactured, custom assembled, or special ordered products are not cancellable and not refundable.

2. Items damaged due to water, lightning, voltage spikes, improper installation or use.

3. Items purchased more than 30 days are not returnable.

4. Items not in new condition, including but not limited to have been permanently installed, or adjusted, such as an LED light strip that has been cut, or the adhesive has been peeled off.

5. Sample kit.

6. Other items that are specified non-returnable on the website, such as clearance items.
